State Funding for Natural Refrigerants

ATMO America 2024 conference on natural refrigerants

Partnering with the North American Sustainable Refrigeration Council (NASRC), we are thrilled to announce a new session on State Funding for Natural Refrigerants, at ATMO America 2024.

As food retailers transition from HFC refrigerants to future-proof alternatives, they are limited by the high capital costs of replacing equipment. State funding programs have the potential to help offset those costs and accelerate the transition from HFCs to ultra-low global warming potential (GWP) alternatives such as CO₂, propane and ammonia.

This session will review current and future funding options including the $65 Million California F-gas Incentive Reduction Program (FRIP), and other states actively pursuing funding programs.

Join us in giving a warm welcome to the panelists!

Heat Pump Market Trends

In this session, key expert Andy Baker will share the latest market trends related to natural refrigerant heat pumps in North America. The trends affecting the industry, either driving or impeding the uptake of natural refrigerants will be addressed.
